No issue with the doctors and nurses but the appointments system is farcical. It is extremely difficult to get through on the phone. Twice it has cut my call off and twice I have had to come in to the surgery to make an appointment.

Dr running over half an hour late and no-one has bothered to let me know. Appalling since been taken over

Used the online service to reorder my prescription in plenty of time before I ran out. Went to collect from the chemist to find they had no records of ur being sent from the dr. Reordered again online. Checked the progress of my order to find that both of my prescriptions had been cancelled!! Not at any time was I
contacted to advise me!! Finally after lots of tries to get through to the surgery I found that I needed a review! Too late now as I have ran out of my prescription!! This surgery has certainly gone down hill since the merge with the somerton surgery.
